Our new restaurant will be a 24 hours located in the Soho Grand Hotel serving refined classic diner fare using great quality ingredients and modern flare.
We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs to work closely with our Executive Chef to maintain and improve on the successful day to day running of the back of the house.
--Management of all Kitchen staff
--Supervising the cleanliness, sanitation standards and organization of the Kitchen
--Quality control & maintaining high standards
--Supporting the Line as necessary
--Collaborating on Daily Specials
--Training of staff
